My business is based on two very important things: Honesty and responsivness. I strive everyday to be honest with my clients and hold the highest level of integrity. Sometimes it's not easy in these trying financial times, but everyone deserves to know the truth about what a property is worth....whether on the buyers side or the sellers.
Being responsive is key to getting deals to flow together towards closing. I will sometimes call my clients just to tell them I haven't heard anything yet....especially if I know they are waiting to hear from a party. Waiting for decisions to be made can be an anxious time. You can count on me to get back with you in the most timely of manners.
